Pumpkin Cheese Cake

| Ingredients | 16 ounce cream cheese
1 cup sugar 2 cans pumpkin pie filling 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ginger 2 beaten eggs 3 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup margarine, melted |

| Materials Needed | pie plate
bowl spatula mixer |
| Instructions | Prepare the pie crust by mixing together the graham cracker crumbs and the melted margarine.
Press this mixture into a pie plate. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour them into the pie plate. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and top with whipped cream or just serve plain. |
