What does that all mean? What's a tag?

Ok, check this out...

Let's start with Flickr ~ Flickr~ considered one of the best online photo management and sharing applications in the world.

On each B3OK page, you will see (Flickr) Photo tag followed by a single word ~ usually beginning with b3ok.

Example: (Flickr) Photo tag: b3okbigbugs

See it on the Page? David_Rogers_BIG_BUGS

Example: (Flickr) Photo tag: b3okwarrenbentleysnose

See it on the page? ~Warren_Bentley's_Nose

These images from Flickr are just shared on B3OK.

To share an image, all you have to do is tag a photo on Flickr with the unique B3OK (Flickr) Photo tag for a particular B3OK page.

Let's take a quick look at a Flickr photo... of Warren Bentley's Nose...

Check out the Tags section on the middle right side. The photo is tagged with b3okwarrenbentleysnose.

That's it...that's all you have to do to add or share a Flickr photo across B3OK.

It is the same thing for adding a QRCode to a B3OK page. The Flickr tags just usually start with QR, rather than b3ok.

One other Note about Images...

When you create a page...any page on B3OK...you get to name the B3OK (Flickr) Photo tag, and the (Flickr) QRCode tag...

Just pick something...and add it in...even if you don't have photos or qrcodes to share...someone else will...:)

ok...now what about sharing or adding video?

Right now you can quickly and easily share a Youtube video on any B3OK page. (we are adding more video sharing sites shortly...)

Just enter the video ID # of any youtube video into the Video field for any B3OK page.

Where do you find the video ID # for a video?

Look at the URL for the video in your browser. The number/letter combination following the = is the video ID # you are looking for!

(Just add the ID only - it should be about 10 characters long ; if you have more than one, separate them by commas)
