How to Make Confetti Balloons

| Materials Needed | 1 large balloon
1/4 cup of paper confetti toothpick small funnel markers (optional) |

| Instructions | take your balloon and put it over the end of the funnel
pour confetti into the balloon remove the balloon from the funnel blow up the balloon tie the balloon shut (when you pop the balloon ~ hold it away from your face and pop it with a toothpick) decorate your balloon with markers if you like |
