| Materials Needed | To make this craft project you will need a colored balloon, some ribbons, glue, valentine stickers, markers, scissors, and colored construction paper. |

| Instructions | To begin inflate your balloon and tie the ribbon to one end of it.
Next cut out hearts and other Valentine shapes from your colored paper. Glue shapes and stick your stickers onto your balloon to create a festive Valentine's Day gift or decoration. Let dry and if you like write a special Valentine's Day message with your marker. Happy Valentine's Day! |
