Flickr Photos (Photos tagged with the keyword): b3okpuffycandyhearts

Materials Needed To make this craft project you will need colored construction paper, cotton balls, crayons or markers, and glue.
Instructions First select a piece of colored construction paper to make your heart and fold it in half.

Cut out a heart shape so you have two identical heart shapes.

Cover one side of one heart with glue and cover it with cotton balls.

Now glue the other heart to the cotton balls to make a dimensional candy heart.

Let it dry a little and decorate the outsides of the heart with crayon, markers, glitter, and a special Valentine's Day message!
